What is Profound Pondering?
Profound pondering is a collection of excerpts, videos, and thought written by author and poet Eyan Bryant, but possessed by many. This collection details many of the mental attitudes often possessed in the current time, which serve to take away from the experience of an individual.
Purpose
This is a time of so-called mental health awareness, however many tools are not supplied in an applicable way to many who need help. These writings are of a philosophical nature, which allows the reader to be immersed in the words presented as if they were their own. Creating a direct line of understanding which can enable any dedicated reader to see some of the things holding them back from success over themselves. Profound Pondering aims to show people a way to show themselves their own perspectives, and see ways they can be expanded for greater growth. There is often much that limits an individual in their pursuit of themselves and their goals. In the face of such adversity many people turn against themselves in negative subconscious ways. From negative self talk or an impending feeling of failure, we are all made of what we feed ourselves in thought. In Bryant's own spiritual and mental health journey he has found some key factors that contribute to the negative aspects of our perspectives and has detailed them within Profound Pondering. It is a dedication to the path that many of us go through with our awareness. Especially in the cases where our own perspective of ourselves, serves as the main inhibitor to our infinite successes. In broadening our perspective of both ourselves and the world, we will come to realize that the path we desire is everywhere we are, so long as we take the time to see it. Within the novel are over one hundred short essays which encompass the recent years of Bryant's writings. In addition to said writings, poems have been added to display in prose, what many gather in thought. The objective of reading them isn’t to learn something new, it is to realize what you have known all along, that you can do exactly what you think you can.
Who am I? What should I be doing? How should I feel?
